What is HypnoMothering®?

HypnoMothering is a class for mothers-to-be, new mothers, and mums of young children (under 2). HypnoMothering was developed by two hypnotherapists, who are each a mother of twins!  HypnoMothering is a fun, practical class which teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to  make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face.

How is the HypnoMothering Course Structured? 

HypnoMothering is a one off, 2.5 hour session.

How Much Does the Course Cost? 

2,500 Baht per mother

What Do the Course Fees Include?

The fee includes the session cost, course handouts and 8 MP3 tracks for home practice.

Is it Possible to Take HypnoMothering if I Have No Previous Experience of Hypnosis?

Yes, absolutely! Whilst many mothers choose to learn HypnoMothering after their HypnoBirthing course, no previous experience of hypnosis is required to become a successful HypnoMother! ;)
